USA SHIPPING:

  • We ship the next business day!
  • If we receive your order in our system before noon, we will ship your order the same day!
  • If your order is received in our system over a weekend or a holiday, we will ship the next business day!
  • We are currently offering shipping included in our prices on all of our orders, however, if you wish to receive your order faster, we offer expedited shipping at an additional cost.

We have included parcel post shipping costs in our prices on all orders so you are not surprised with additional charges at check-out.  You should know that if you return your purchase back to us for any reason, other than because of an error we made, we subtract our original shipping costs from your refund.

Everyone knows that shipping really isn't free because someone has to pay for it.  So, unfortunately, we do subtract what we paid for shipping your order from your refund.

  • We securely package your order to arrive to your door safely.
  • Our goal is to keep your shipping cost to a minimum.
  • Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping cost unless otherwise noted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We will email you the Tracking Number and Customs Declaration # if available upon request.
  • Most items arrive within 2 - 3 weeks (or less), but some can take longer. You must be patient, because claims cannot be filed until the package is missing for 31 days.
  • All international buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government. Please check to see what these are prior to completing your purchase, so you are fully aware of the potential cost. Due to U.S. regulations, we cannot ship items as gifts or as a sample.

NOTE: Please provide a telephone number in case the shipping carrier has difficulty delivering your order. Seller is not responsible if your order is returned because it could not be delivered. You will be responsible to pay all re-shipping costs.
